This Warranty & Product Care Policy explains how to care for your LIGHTELLE™ products and outlines our Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.
Proper care helps preserve the performance, appearance, and longevity of every garment.
1. Limited Product Warranty
House of Lightelle™ provides a Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal and intended use.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, or unauthorized alterations.
2. Warranty Coverage
Examples of manufacturing defects may include:
- Defective stitching
- Faulty seams
- Manufacturing-related fabric defects
- Defective elastic components
- Incorrect construction resulting from production errors
Warranty claims are reviewed individually.
Approval is granted at the sole discretion of House of Lightelle™ after inspection.
3. Warranty Exclusions
The Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Fabric pilling resulting from normal use
- Color fading caused by improper washing
- Damage caused by bleach or harsh chemicals
- Heat damage
- Snagging caused by rough surfaces
- Damage caused by pets
- Cuts, tears, or punctures
- Accidental damage
- Improper storage
- Commercial or professional use
- Alterations or repairs performed by third parties
4. Product Care
To help preserve your LIGHTELLE™ garment, we recommend:
- Machine wash cold.
- Wash with similar colors.
- Turn garments inside out before washing.
- Use a gentle cycle.
- Use mild detergent.
- Do not bleach.
- Do not use fabric softener.
- Do not tumble dry on high heat.
- Hang dry whenever possible.
- Do not iron directly on logos or printed elements.
- Do not dry clean unless specifically indicated on the care label.
Always refer to the care instructions attached to your garment.
5. Performance Fabrics

6. Warranty Claims
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with:

7. Warranty Resolution
If your claim is approved, House of Lightelle™ may, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product
- Offer store credit
- Issue a refund where appropriate
The chosen resolution will depend on product availability, the nature of the defect, and applicable consumer protection laws.
8. Warranty Limitations
This Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from:
- www.houseoflightelle.com
- Authorized House of Lightelle™ retailers (where applicable)
Products purchased through unauthorized sellers may not be eligible for warranty service.
